​All limousine bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our website or authorized booking channels.

 

To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required. Rest assured, your payment details will be encrypted and securely processed for your peace of mind.

 

​​Pricing and Payment Policy​

 

The pricing for our limousine services will be clearly stated during the booking process.

 

Please note that additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, detours, or any modifications to the original booking.

 

Payment for services can be conveniently made using credit cards, debit cards, or other accepted methods at the time of booking or on the service day.

 

We offer baby capsules, child seats, and boosters upon request. If you require any of these amenities, kindly inform us during the booking process. A charge of $10.00 per seat will apply.​​

Waiting Time Policy​

 

We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the waiting times specified below. Should you require additional waiting time beyond the allocated period, an extra fee of $1.50 per minute will be applied.​

 

Airport:

 

· Domestic Airport: 30 minutes of free waiting time.

· International Airport: 60 minutes of free waiting time.

 

​Point to Point: 15 minutes of free waiting time.

For airport pickups, you can also request a buffer time to avoid any extra waiting charges. Here's how the buffer time works: If your flight lands at 10:00 AM and you request a 30-minute buffer, your driver will be at or near the airport and ready to pick you up anytime between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. This provides you with 60 minutes of free waiting time. 

 

​Booking Amendment

 

To make changes to your booking, including adjustments to service dates or times, please submit a written notice in advance:

 

Point-to-Point and Airport Transfers: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.

 

Charter Services: We kindly request a minimum of 5 days' notice.

 

Changes are subject to availability and may involve pricing adjustments as necessary. Please note that, for changes made with less notice than the specified periods, a fee equivalent to 100% of the original booking price will be applied.
