Airport Transfers

At Just Holiday, we are dedicated to making your airport transfers as pleasant and timely as possible. For pickups from the airport, your chauffeur will meet you:

• At the International Terminal (T1): Arrival Hall A or B

• At the Domestic Terminal (T2 or T3): Near your baggage carousel or pick-up area, holding a sign with your name

To ensure a smooth pickup, we monitor your flight's arrival time every 15 minutes.

* We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the waiting times specified below. Should you require additional waiting time beyond the allocated period, an extra fee of $1.50 per minute will be applied.​

* Domestic Airport: 30 minutes of free waiting time.

* International Airport: 60 minutes of free waiting time.​​​​

* For airport pickups, you can also request a buffer time to avoid any extra waiting charges. Here's how the buffer time works: If your flight lands at 10:00 AM and you request a 30-minute buffer, your driver will be at or near the airport and ready to pick you up anytime between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. This provides you with 60 minutes of free waiting time.
